About your order. Coffee and tea are roasted to order and usually ship within 3–5 business days; you will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way. Shipping is free on every U.S. order. Apparel and mugs are made to order and take 2–5 business days before shipping. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not at all, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you; see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Who we are. Paws & Promise Coffee is operated by Michael Rossi, doing business as Paws & Promise Coffee. Paws & Promise Coffee gives back 10% of the final completed order total actually paid by the customer: 5% supports animal rescue and 5% supports organizations creating employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. The program supports Forever Paws Animal Shelter and the Aaron Zenus Foundation; the details are in our Donation & Giveback Program Disclosure.
